Idiosyncrasy
A mode of behavior specific to an individual.
Proprioception
Awareness of the position and movement of the body.
We use a combination of assessments to determine exactly where your athlete is weak or needs improvement. These include FMS, OHS, SMFA (not for diagnostic purposes), and a Blueprint Original using 360 analytics to enhance critical, game-specific movements.
Every athlete has different needs and requires a customized solution. The most common thing we hear from parents after reviewing the assessment results is, "I've always noticed that, but we didn't know how to fix it." We then use this assessment to develop a timeline for correction.
Almost all "bad habits" in sports movement stem from a lack of understanding of how to address the underlying issue. To prevent "bad habits," we must first give the athlete the ability to move in a way that meets the sport’s demands. This is the foundation for injury prevention and creating an immediate strength improvement—one the athlete can feel and the parents can see.
Confidence
The feeling or belief that one can rely on something.
Unconditional Dedication
A commitment to becoming the best without any limitations—an unwavering desire to be the best version of yourself.
When building our programs, we keep three things in mind:
Programs are split into three separate phases:
Most importantly, almost all of our programs include both off-court and on-court sessions. This means the athlete will be performing actions in tennis shoes and shorts, as well as in full gear.
