What truly sets our program apart is our ability to combine strength and corrective movements with sport-specific private lessons. Most of our athletes and parents prefer same-day sessions, while others choose to separate them. Either way, the most effective way to improve an athlete's performance is to ensure they receive detailed private performance sessions.
We focus on enhancing in-game movements by teaching each athlete how to feel the correct movement or anticipation and understand why it’s important to make these corrections second nature. Most importantly, we teach our athletes how to see the game through a veteran’s eyes. It’s not just about how to do it, but what to do and when to do it.
To meet the needs of athletes in every sport, we utilize our network of former collegiate and professional coaches to design or conduct private lessons.
