D1 Bound
24 Credits
- 12 week customized strength training program
- One 1 on 1 strength/speed session per week
- One 1 on 1 sport specific private lesson per week
- At home weekly exercises for both skill and strength
- Basic nutritional guidelines
- Injury prevention stretching program
- College path consultation (for parents)
- Access to coaches via text 7 days per week
Target Achieved
12-18 Credits
- 6 weeks
- (This can be split, i.e. 6 skill sessions and 6 strength, or any combination you see fit)
- At home strength and conditioning program
- At home drills to be completed 3x/week
- Access to coaches for questions regarding programming 7 days a week via text
Durability
4-12 Credits
- Participants will be charged a monthly fee of 100$
- (This will give you priority bookings for private times, discounts on services, and keep the 7 day a week access to coaches via text)
- Athletes can choose options from any membership level or the A La Carte menu (discounts vary based on services selected)
- Popular service for corrective exercise and sport specific only sessions
- Minimum of 2 month commitment, services can continue month to month after initial commitment

This is for those with busy schedules, try before you buy, just need to touch up, or any other reason you can think of:

Primarily for our 6-10 year old's
- Expose your athlete to a competitive environment
- Help teach good habits early on
- Help your child get a stable physique (add or lose weight)
