A: Although Bolton Blueprint is primarily designed to help athletes reach their full potential, we recognize that parents play a critical supporting role. We welcome parents to be involved in the consultation process and educational sessions so they can better understand the training strategies and support their athlete’s development. We also partner with trusted trainers across the metroplex to provide parents with weight loss and muscle-building programs.
A: Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of athletes at various stages of their development. We typically work with high school athletes, from early adolescence through seniors, and also take on youths as well as current collegiate and professional athelets. The specific age range may vary by sport and individual goals, so we encourage prospective clients to contact us for a personalized assessment. Our premium programs are reserved for ages 12 and up however we are happy to take athletes as young as 8.
A: Corrective exercise involves identifying and addressing imbalances, weaknesses, or improper movement patterns that can hinder performance or lead to injury. By incorporating these exercises into your athlete’s training regimen, we aim to optimize movement efficiency, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall athletic performance.
A: We monitor progress through regular performance assessments and personalized feedback sessions. By using measurable metrics, progress tracking, and periodic evaluations, we ensure that your athlete is advancing toward their goals. You will receive ongoing reports and adjustments to keep the program aligned with their evolving needs.
A: Yes, in addition to individualized training, we offer group sessions. These sessions provide a dynamic environment where athletes can benefit from peer motivation and competitive drills while still receiving professional guidance. Group sessions are designed to complement your athlete’s one-on-one training plan. However, the group sessions are limited to three participants to ensure effective progress.
A: Absolutely. For those who may not need the full program or who are looking for specific areas of improvement, we offer à la carte services. Options include individual consultations, sport-specific training sessions, workshops on nutrition or mental performance, and targeted corrective exercise sessions.
